Doctor Who: Time Lord Victorious, BBC Studios’ New Doctor Who Multi-Platform Project, Launches in U.S. and Canada on September 2, 2020

Brand New Story Told Through Comics, Books, Audio Dramas, and More

Head to BBC Shop to Place Orders

New York, NY – BBC Studios is bringing a brand-new, carefully curated narrative to life within the Doctor Who world, told through various stories available across comics, books, audio dramas, CDs/Vinyl, and collectables starting September 2, 2020 in the U.S. and Canada. Through partnerships with leading licensees, each story can be enjoyed separately with a natural beginning and end, or combined to create the entire narrative.

Doctor Who: Time Lord Victorious is set within the Dark Times at the start of the universe, when even the Eternals were young. The story follows the Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Doctors, as well as companion Rose Tyler, across space and time as they defend their home planet from monsters including the Daleks and the Ood, among others.

“BBC Studios’ Doctor Who licensees have come together to tell an epic story – one that’s full of monsters, fun, and heart. All strands of the story unite into a mighty patchwork that ranges from one end of the universe to the next,” said James Goss, Producer. “There’s more to be revealed, but the enthusiasm and ideas that the licensees have come up with are breath-taking. It’s going to be such fun.”

All information about Time Lord Victorious as well as U.S. and Canada retailers can be found at the newly-launched pages of BBC Shop US and BBC Shop Canada. Full details on the global program can be found at Doctor Who TV
