BBC Worldwide Productions Appoints Julie Haley, Carol Turner, and Debby Reid Vigna as Senior Vice Presidents

Los Angeles, CA – BBC Worldwide Productions announced today the appointment of Julie Haley as SVP, Business and Legal Affairs. In addition to Haley’s appointment, the company has promoted Carol Turner and Debby Reid Vigna to SVPs, Unscripted Production.

As SVP, Business and Legal Affairs at BBC Worldwide Productions and Adjacent Productions, Haley oversees the business and legal affairs team and the negotiation of deals for the development and production of all scripted and unscripted shows under both labels.  Prior to joining BBC Worldwide Productions, Haley served as VP, Business & Legal Affairs at ITV Global Entertainment, Inc. and Senior Counsel at ITV Studios America.  Haley holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.

As SVP, Unscripted Production at BBC Worldwide Productions and Adjacent Productions, Turner will continue to manage the execution of unscripted shows currently in production and development under both labels. Titles Turner oversees include Ladies of London (Bravo), Breaking Pointe (The CW) and the upcoming Mud, Sweat and Gears (BBC America). Turner has served as VP, Unscripted Production at BBC Worldwide Productions since 2010. Prior to her role as a VP, Turner worked as Executive in Charge of Production at BBC Worldwide Productions on various titles including Skating with the Stars. Her other credits include Rolling Stones Live (HBO), Whoopi Goldberg: Back to Broadway (HBO), Justin Timberlake: Futuresex/Loveshow – Live from Madison Square Garden (HBO), America’s Best Dance Crew (MTV),  Chris Rock: Kill the Messenger (HBO), Will Ferrell: You’re Welcome America (HBO) and It’s Worth What? (NBC). Turner holds a B.S., concentration in Law and Finance, from Cornell University.

Debby Reid Vigna has also been upped to SVP, Unscripted Production at BBC Worldwide Productions and Adjacent Productions. Working as counterpart to Turner, Reid Vigna also oversees the execution of unscripted shows currently in production and development under both labels. Series under Reid Vigna include the wildly popular Dancing with the Stars (ABC), Top Gear (HISTORY), Life Below Zero (National Geographic Channel) and the upcoming Survival Live (Discovery). Prior to joining BBC Worldwide Productions in 2010, Reid Vigna served for 14 years as the SVP, Production at GRB Entertainment, working on titles such as Intervention (A&E), Next Action Star (NBC), Movie Magic (Discovery), Untold Stories of the ER (TLC) and Growing Up Gotti (A&E).  Her other credits include Executive in Charge of Production at ITV for Celebrity Fit Club (VH1), Ugly Best Friend (VH1), and Who’s Bluffing Who (NBC).  Reid Vigna holds a B.A. in Radio & Television Broadcasting from University of California, Northridge.
