As Vice President, Human Resources for BBC Studios North America & LatAm, Monique Adderly is responsible for HR strategy, operations, policies, and diversity, equity and inclusion, while also aligning the people strategy to the overall business strategy. In her role, Adderly leads a team of professionals focusing on all areas of HR for North America and LatAm.
Prior to joining BBC Studios, Adderly ran her own HR consulting business, where she provided HR and executive coaching services. She has partnered with Fortune 500 companies on large scale company-wide initiatives as well as small start-ups and non-profit organizations on building their HR departments from the ground up. Adderly has consulted across a multitude of industries for companies with both domestic and international locations, bringing her HR expertise to all areas of HR, including, but not limited, to recruiting, professional development, employee relations, HR policy and program creation, compliance, employment law, benefit program design/implementation, and performance management. She has also held roles at Pfizer, Omnicom, and American Express.
Adderly holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Fordham University and a masters in counseling psychology from Pace University.
